This document describes how we produce and maintain content. It applies to all articles, reviews, tutorials, and news published on this site.

Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently from our commercial relationships. Sponsored content and affiliate links are always disclosed before the relevant content begins.

Accuracy

We aim for factual accuracy in every piece. When we make errors, we publish visible corrections with the date and nature of the change. If you spot an issue, please contact us.

Testing methodology

Tool reviews and comparisons are based on hands-on testing. We document the test method, date, and product versions in each review. See our review methodology for the full process.

Authorship

Every article has a named author who is responsible for the content. Guest contributions go through the same editorial review process as staff articles.

Updates and freshness

Articles are reviewed on a regular cycle. When we make substantive updates, we update the "Last meaningful update" date and note what changed. We don't refresh dates for minor formatting changes.
